It is located at Al Qudra Road (D63) and provides the residents with large living spaces, hassle-free parking, pollution-free air, and cheaper rents. The area is located in close proximity to the official site of Dubai Expo 2020.

Supermarkets in Town Square Dubai :

Town Square Dubai has a famous Spinneys supermarket. Another branch of Spinneys is located in the nearby Reem community across the street along with Mira Prayer Hall.

The residents can find their everyday food supplies from Spinneys since they are well-known for their excellent selection of bakery items and ready-made food counter stocked full of healthy items. The non-Muslims can access the pork section within Spinneys too.

Churches, Mosques and Temples near Nshama Town Square Dubai:

Town Square Dubai has no temples or churches within it. However, the closest churches can be accessed at Al Muntazah and Jebel Ali regions of Dubai. Here you would be able to find St. Francis of Assisi CatholicChurch, the United Christian Church of Dubai, St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church and plenty more. Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Gurdwara which is the largest Sikh temple is also located in the same location. All of theseoptions are on a 25 minutes drive from the location.

Muslims of the community can access the Mira Mosque located in the Reem community. It also has a Mira Prayer Hall. The residents can also access several other mosques within the community including, the Arabian Ranches mosque, Mudon Mosque, and Al Madinah Al Mustadama Masjid.

Schools Near Town Square Park Dubai:

Dubai Town Square has no schools or educational institutions within it. The nearest school from the location is in Damac Hills named Jebel Ali School. This school can be reached through a 13 minutes drive from the location. Apart from this, the residents can also access Fairgreen International School and South View School, both of these schools can be reached through a 15 minutes drive.

Higher education options are much further from the location in Dubai Knowledge Park which can be reached in 35 minutes from the location. It is home to a number of reputed higher education institutions including Middlesex University, Herriot Watt University and the University of Manchester. The American University of Dubai also has a campus near the Knowledge Park.
