Arada starts work at Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah

Arada, a prominent developer in the United Arab Emirates, started construction on its opulent Armani Beach Residences in Palm Jumeirah as soon as the first building contract was given out.

In partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Pritzker-Prize-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah features 52 individually designed residences, 90,000 square feet of first-rate amenities, and expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, Arada said in a statement.

The project's enabling works, which include shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, will be finished by International Foundation Group (IFG), an experienced operator with headquarters in Dubai that specializes in deep foundation and ground solutions.

Work has begun on the site and is expected to be completed in March.next year, when the main construction contract for the project will be awarded.

Alongside the start of construction at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, Arada has presented the project's dedicated Show Apartment at the master developer's sales office in City Walk.

The Show Apartment features a replica of the living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, boudoir, and dining room—all of which were designed exclusively by Armani/Casa—as well as materials and furnishings from the well-known company.

"With a wide range of configurations including two-, three-, four-, five-bedroom, and penthouse residences all offering unrestricted access to the exterior view, every beautifully appointed home is defined by the desire to bring extravagant ocean and skyline views into its interior," he continued.

The upcoming project includes two presidential suites, an opulent mega-terrace with an infinity pool, and a number of internal function spaces, including a private movie theater, a private parking lounge that can accommodate seven cars, a private gym, libraries, and a reflective pool in a contemplative courtyard.

Alkhoshaibi stated that buyers of penthouses and presidential suites will have the opportunity toto work closely with Armani/Casa to design their homes' interiors in a really personalized way.
