Dubai’s Wonderland – Dubai Miracle Garden

The world’s largest flower garden, Dubai Miracle Garden is coming back to the city this year. After being closed for over 6 months, the garden will be opening up its door in November of this year. The eighth edition of the Dubai Miracle Garden is all set to be one of the best attractions of the Emirates and is destined to outshine.

Featuring exceptional 3D and 2D floral designs, this event attracts millions of visitors each year and features a range of over fifty million different flowers with 120 flower varieties. This destination is spread across an area of 72000 square meters located in the area of Dubailand and is expected to record a Guinness World Record this year. The event has been kept a surprise for the visitors to preserve its unique essence and provide them with a magical experience. UNIQUE THINGS TO EXPECT AT DUBAI MIRACLE GARDEN:

The park now has over 400 meters of walking space for guests along with various other additions. The expanded walking space is expected to be the site of weekly live shows and daily entertainment including floral and costume parades. Apart from these, there would be some additional activities for the guests this year including Zumba sessions as well as other recreational activities. The main feature of the Miracle Garden this year is “aerial floating lady” that is fittingly dressed in an arrangement of exotic and colorful flowers. A revamped amphitheater has also been introduced within this marvelous garden of your dreams. This amphitheater will serve as a center for hosting live shows. The visitors would be able to enjoy panoramic views of the new garden from the observatory and would be able to enjoy the twinkling lights at night and majestic floral arrangements throughout the day.

The re-launch of the event plans to introduce some new floral artistries in partnership with major household names that will be disclosed in the future. 

ATTRACTIONS AT DUBAI MIRACLE GARDEN:

• Disney Avenue:

Disney Avenue is a marvelous attraction at Dubai Miracle Garden. The space is all set to display the iconic Mickey Mouse floral arrangement along with giant-sized topiary versions of famous characters from the House of Mouse. 

• Trampoline Park:

Yes, you read it right. Dubai Miracle Garden will now feature a trampoline park that will double the fun of the excitement of visitors visiting this place this year. The park now has over 12 custom made trampolines. It is a great way to engage your energetic kids without having to worry about the safety and security of them. The staff of the Dubai Miracle Garden makes sure that the children stay safe while having fun at the trampolines. 

• Mickey Mouse:

A licensing agreement had been signed between Walt Disney Company and Dubai Miracle Garden which provided Dubai Miracle Garden with the rights of an 18-feet high Mickey Mouse Topiary situated at Disney Avenue which had been recognized as the “World’s Largest Topiary Structure” by the Guinness World Record in the year 2018. This 35-ton structure of Mickey Mouse was built with over 100,000 plants and flowers. The guests get the opportunity to take beautiful pictures with the characters from “Mickey Mouse and Friends.” 

• Life-sized Emirates A380:

The largest passenger aircraft in the world, Emirates Airbus A380 has been recreated using a wide range of marvelous flowers at Dubai Miracle Garden. Over 7 different species of flowers have been used to design this life-sized aircraft including Coleus, Marigold, Gaillardia, Viola, Germanium, and Snapdragon. It took them four months to gather all these flowers and an additional 200 days to recreate the whole structure. The effort paid off and it was recognized as the largest floral installation by Guinness World Record in the year 2016. 

• Zumba Classes:

There will be Zumba Classes this year at Dubai Miracle Garden. However, full details have not yet been disclosed. These classes will be available for both adults and children to maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of the park. 

• Lost Paradise:

Lost Paradise is an underground region decorated by beautiful floral arrangements located 20 feet below ground level. This area looks like a paradise featuring a decorated walkway, houses, and bungalows. 

• Butterfly Passage:

The Butterfly passage is a narrow walkway within Global Village Dubai having a floral butterfly-shaped passage over it. Each overhanging within this passage is recreated using a different range of flowers which makes it a perfect photography spot for the visitors. 

• Cabanas:

Since Global Village Dubai is located in a huge area so walking over this place will make your feet feel tired. Luckily you can always take a fresh breath and relax at one of the cabanas located in Miracle Garden. Furnished with billowing drapes and comfy floor cushions, this is the perfect place to retreat yourself after a tiring day of all the sightseeing. 

• Heart Passage:

Heart Passage is another passage within Dubai Miracle Garden that is just like Butterfly passage but has heart-shaped overhanging rather than a butterfly. It is also an amazing spot to take some of the most beautiful pictures. This passage is recreated using the high quality of flowers whose fragrances are enough to attract you to pass through this passageway. 

• Giant Tortoise:

The Giant Tortoise was introduced in the sixth edition of Miracle Garden Dubai and has been serving as a beeline for the young visitors of this festival. This tortoise welcomes the guests at Gate no. 2 of Miracle Garden where the tickets of the visitors are verified before they get to enjoy the beautiful attractions inside. 

• Umbrella Passage:

Umbrella Passage is yet another passage located in Dubai Miracle Garden that is not only attractive to the eyes of the visitors but also provides shade to the visitors during hotter months. This passage is designed using multi-colored flowers and have some sitting areas underneath where you can sit and admire the beauty of the surroundings. 

• Floral Clock:

The floral clock is a 15 meters high clock-like arrangement located in Miracle Garden. It is designed using authentic plants and flowers. The mechanics of this clock are imported from the US and the clock is designed by the Landscaping Department of Miracle Garden. 

• Giant Teddy Bear:

This giant teddy bear is standing 12 meters tall at Dubai Miracle Garden and is hard to miss especially the giant flower topiary of the heart it is holding. It is one of the recent additions in the park and has captured the attention of plenty of guests and visitors. 

• Floral Castle:

The floral castle is an amazing attraction at Dubai Miracle Garden with a dining and sitting facility for the guests. It is a stunning floral installation featuring beautiful landscapes that adds to the miraculous theme of the garden. 

• Gazebos:

This creation has been designed with full attention to detail and it is quite apparent from how it turned out. It is one of the most attractive and artsy features of the Miracle Garden and reflects the Victorian and Greek architecture. This area is a modern-day revival of the Greek and Victorian concept of Gazebo designed with colorful arrangements of flowers. 

• Lake Park:

The Lake Park within the Miracle Garden transforms the Miracle Garden into a paradise. An arrangement of colorful flowers surrounds the artificial lake with a water fountain situated nearby. 

• 3D Floral Designs:

3D floral design enhances the fairy tale theme appeal of Miracle Garden Dubai arranged in a wide range of designs and colors. 

• The Butterfly Garden:

Dubai Butterfly Garden is located right next to Dubai Miracle Garden and is one of the star attractions. This place is home to over 15000 species of butterflies from 50 different categories. This recreational facility also offers 10 custom domes all of which are controlled to give the visitors a comfortable space to fly around. Here, you can experience the lifespan of butterflies from caterpillar to its final transformation.

Admission to this place is free of cost for children under 3 years of age. 

OPENING DATES:

The opening date of the event is not yet announced however it is expected to start from any time from 1st November 2020. The festival will take place considering the health and safety precautions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The opening hours of Miracle Garden Dubai are expected to be:

• Weekend Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (The last entry time is 10:30 p.m.)
• Weekday Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Last entry is at 8:30 p.m.)

DUBAI MIRACLE GARDEN TICKETS:

The tickets of Miracle Garden Dubai are valid for single entry and can not be used for multiple entries. Miracle Garden also arranges for group tours of touring companies and schools. 

• Children (3 to 12 years): AED 40
• Adults (12 and above): AED 55
• People of determination and children below 3: Free of charge

All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT. Apart from the single entry, there are special facilities for group and tourism companies. 

REACHING MIRACLE GARDEN DUBAI 2020:

Dubai Miracle Garden can easily be reached by local ride-hailing services or by driving there through your personal transport. However, if you do not have your transport and can not afford ride-hailing services then you can reach the place by bus – specifically, bus 105 that has its stop right at Dubai Miracle Garden.
