Damac Hills 2 which is formerly known as Akoya Oxygen is a community developed by Damac Properties. It is located in the quietest area of Dubai, between Jebel Ali – Lehbab Road and Al Ain – Dubai Highway. The neighborhood is built around an international golf course with landscaped gardens, water features, parks, and tree-lined boulevards to encourage a peaceful lifestyle. Additionally, despite being remote from the mainland, Damac Hills 2 is connected to important locations like the Mall of the Emirates and Al Maktoum International Airport by four major highways. Important to mention that significant commercial and entertainment centres like Internet City, Media City, Studio City, and Barsha Heights are also close by.
