Overview of Damac Lagoons
Damac Lagoons is a sizable man-made neighborhood with a wide variety of activities. This family-friendly community with Mediterranean-inspired architecture is a few minutes away from Dubai Marina. The lagoon is over 30 meters wide, with lovely, soft beaches on either side. Sub Communities in Damac Lagoon
Damac Lagoons consists of eight sub communities, each of which pay homage to a well-known Mediterranean location and have its own distinctive architectural design and color scheme.
Santorini
The first cluster to be made public is Santorini, also known as The Central Hub. The neighborhood provides a wall climbing facility, a fitness and wellness space, The Clubhouse, and a Floating Cinema. Blue and white are the predominant colors of the property units.
Morocco
This is the second one also known as The Tranquility Hub which showcases the distinctive colors and architectural elements of Moroccan design. There are family cabanas, yoga fields, and infinity pools with lagoon views in this area. The predominant colors here are white and green.
Venice
The third one is Venice known as The Fun Hub that is influenced by the live entertainment venues and cafes along the sea in the City of Masks. This neighborhood offers water surfing activities and stone and timber architecture.
Costa Brava
The fourth one is Costa Brava also known as The Adrenaline Hub. You can engage in activities like zip lining, rock climbing, kayaking, paddle surfing, and wave riding here. The predominant colors are white, beige, and combinations of blue and brick.
Portofino
The fifth one is the Portofino also known as the Work & Play Hub that features a cafe by the water, team-building activities, kayaking, sailing, and paddle boarding.
Nice
The sixth one is Nice also known as The Youth Hub that offers kiddie pools, skate parks, cycling trails, and BMX tracks.
Malta
The seventh one is Malta, also known as The Play and Learn Hub, offers a variety of attractions, including a sensory plaza, a discovery maze, a camping island, and an augmented reality nature trail. A lot of places here have an educational component to them to encourage and include the kids participating in the activities.
Andalusia
The eighth one is Andalusia also known as The Ladies Hub which has its own fitness centre, spa, beauty parlor, and meditation room. The community also has a bar island in the middle of it.
Floor Plan
Family-friendly living is one of the project’s top priorities, so it makes sense that real estate is offered here in the form of roomy villas and townhouses with impressive outdoor spaces.
