The community is spread over an area of 3 million square feet and divided into several unique residential communities like Layan Community, Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club, Majan Community, Living Legends, Falcon City of Wonders, Skycourts Towers, Winsdor Residence, Dubailand Oasis, Villanova, Rukan, The Tiger Woods Dubai, Fiora at Golf Verde and, Al Waha Community.
Many developments are under construction and in different stages of completion within the community of Dubailand which is located just off Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311). Apart from these, the residents can also access the Spinneys Supermarket located in The Villa Community.
Churches, Temples, and Mosques in Dubailand:
Each community within the Dubailand is equipped with its own mosque in areas like Living Legends, Al Waha, Falcon City of Wonders, The Villa and plenty more.
However, for our Christian fellows, the nearest church from Dubailand is St. Mary’s Catholic Church located on a 20 minutes drive from Dubailand within Oud Mehta. The Dubai City Church is also in close proximity to the location. Hindu followers can reach the Shiva Temple in Bur Dubai or the Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Gurdwara located on a 30 minutes drive from Dubailand in the location of Jebel Ali.
Schools in Dubailand:
There are a very few nurseries within the community with Kids Zone Nursery located in the Villa Community and Chubby Cheeks Nursery in Skycourts Tower C. Layan and Al Waha residents can access the Step by Step nursery as well. However, to get more options the residents will have to visit the Dubai Silicon Oasis Community nearby.

However, if you want to reach for greater medical emergencies you can access the Dubai Silicon Oasis having Aster Clinic, Symbiosis Medical Center, Sulaiman Faqeeh Hospital and the Medicure Polyclinic which can treat all ailments.
